I am excited to share the sport I love with the Middletown Community. I have met so many amazing families and gymnasts throughout my journey. I have coached gymnastics for over 20 years from recreational classes to competitive team Level 9. My favorite event to coach is bars but my absolute favorite class to teach is 9+ Beginners. I love watching kids at any age, gain their skills and see the excitement in their eyes. Gymnastics has given me so many wonderful opportunities and I love being able to share them with the community.

Head Coach of Women’s Competitive Team

Starting at the age of 3, Coach Beth loved gymnastics and dance. She started competing dance at 6 and gymnastics at 8 years old. At the age of 13, Beth began assistant with teaching recreational gymnastics and by 16 she was working with the competitive teams. At 21 years old, she was the head coach of her own competitive team. Now, after 24 years she has coached several gymnasts to achieve States, Regionals, and National Titles. Beth has also had gymnasts earn scholarships to D1/D2 and 1 All American College Title. She thoroughly enjoys little ones. It brings her nothing but heartfelt happiness to see a child of a young age achieve a gymnastics milestone for the first time! Beths love for gymnastics continues to grow everyday even after all these years. We look forwards to many more years and achievements with us at EPIK Athletics.

Assistant Coach of Women’s Competitive Team

Coach Talia grew up in Orange County and attended Goshen Schools. She started gymnastics when she was 1 ½ in a Parent-Tot Class. She was an active child growing up and was involved in multiple sports, gymnastics, dance, ballet, jazz, baton twirling, swimming girls scouts and band! When she was 6 years old, she joined a gymnastics team and competed USAG up to Level 9. After retiring in 2007, she sated to coach the sport she loves.​
