Party Details
At Epik Athletics, we ensure your party is a memorable event with a well-structured setup and schedule. Each party kids can enjoy various activities and an age-appropriate circuit setup. Following this, there is a 30-minute slot dedicated to food and cake time.
Equipment Provided
We supply everything you need for a successful party. This includes 2 6ft rectangle tables and 1 8ft rectangle table, which can be used for seating, food, and drinks. Each table will be covered with tablecloths, and we also provide paper plates and napkins. Additionally, two coaches will be present to facilitate the activities and ensure everything runs smoothly. Bounce houses are available for an extra fee of $50-$75, adding an extra layer of fun to your event.
Party Schedule
Your party will start with 1 ½ hours of structured or open gym style activities followed by 30 minutes dedicated to food and drinks, which is provided by the party parents. Parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so make sure to book early to secure your preferred time slot.
Additional Information
We allow you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party’s start time for setup. Please ensure that any decorations, including balloons, are removed by the end of the party. Food and drinks must remain in the party room area at all times. We do not provide refrigeration or food preparation facilities, so please bring a cooler for any cold items. You are welcome to order food from any establishment, but we are not responsible for any delivery issues. All gifts, food, and attendees must vacate the party room promptly at the scheduled end time to allow for the next party’s setup. Additional time in the party room will incur a fee of $25 for every 15 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
Weather Impact
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel up to 7 days before your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather, as long as Epik Athletics is open and operating, we will continue to host parties. We strive to remain open and accommodate your event. If you need to cancel due to weather, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
